Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post, or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form reproduced below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the courses begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

When the right of withdrawal expires early

The right of withdrawal expires early where we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once we had fully performed the contract.

Under a running course contract the service is provided on an ongoing basis; the right of withdrawal therefore does not, as a rule, expire early here, but ends when the fourteen days elapse.

Notes on individual offerings

Drop-in attendances. Where a single session is booked and paid for in person at the Studio, there is no distance contract and no right of withdrawal arises.

Events on a fixed date. For registrations to workshops, parties and similar events provided for a specific date or period, no right of withdrawal exists pursuant to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB. The cancellation conditions stated for the event concerned apply instead.

Registration via the dance studio. Registration and payment handling take place through Tanzstudio Fortuna. The course contract is nevertheless concluded with the Provider named above; a withdrawal must therefore be addressed to the address given above.
