The party responsible for data processing on this website is:
Chirag BhuvaneshwaraHohenzollernstr. 1966117 SaarbrückenDeutschlandEmail: chirag.bachata@gmail.com2. General information on data processing
We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website, our content, and our services, or to fulfil legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR).
3. Server log files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data that your browser transmits in so-called server log files. The following information is processed:
- IP address (anonymised where possible)
- Date and time of the request
- URL requested and HTTP status code
- Referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system
Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in ensuring stable operation, security, and troubleshooting. Log files are stored for a maximum of 14 days and then deleted, except where further storage is required for security analysis.
4. Cookies and local storage
This website uses one strictly necessary storage entry in order to remember your language preference (DE/EN) across visits:
- site_locale — stored in your browser's local storage and as a first-party cookie. Contains only the value "de" or "en". Legal basis: § 25 para. 2 no. 2 TTDSG (strictly necessary for a service explicitly requested by the user) in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
No consent is required for this entry because it is strictly necessary to provide the website in the chosen language. You can clear it at any time via your browser settings.
5. Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel)
On the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TTDSG), this website uses the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta"). The Meta Pixel is only loaded after you have given your consent.
The following data may be transmitted to Meta: IP address, browser/device information, referrer URL, pages visited, time stamps, and a pseudonymous cookie ID. Meta uses this data to measure the effectiveness of advertisements (conversion tracking), to create custom audiences, and to display interest-based advertising on Facebook, Instagram and Meta's partner networks.
A transfer of data to servers in the USA cannot be excluded. Meta is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and is therefore recognised as providing an adequate level of protection pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR. Additionally, we and Meta act as joint controllers for this processing pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR; the corresponding agreement is available at: facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings on this site. Further information is available in Meta's privacy policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
6. Email contact
If you contact us by email, your message together with the data it contains (name, email address, any information provided) will be processed solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / contract performance) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in processing your enquiry). Emails are stored until the enquiry has been finally resolved, and thereafter only insofar as statutory retention obligations apply. Email transport is handled via Google (Gmail), Google Ireland Ltd., with whom a data processing agreement has been concluded.
7. External links
This website contains links to external services (Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, and third-party event or tour pages). These links are opened in a new tab only after you click them. We do not embed content from these providers in a way that would transmit data before a click. Once you open such a link, the respective provider becomes responsible for any data processing, and its privacy policy applies.
Our class videos use a two-click solution: the preview images are stored on our own server, and the video is only loaded from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) after you click play. From that moment Google may process data, including your IP address, and Google's privacy policy applies.
8. Fonts
This website uses the font "Poppins" from Google Fonts. The font files are self-hosted on our server (via Next.js font optimisation) and are downloaded only from our domain. No connection is established to Google servers when you visit this site.
9. Hosting
This website is hosted on a virtual server provided by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. The servers are located within the European Union. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) has been concluded with OVH. OVH's privacy information is available at ovh.com/world/gdpr.
